JDPC Onitsha has within the year resolved cases and conflicts bordering on family land, injustice and confiscation landed property belonging to a widow MrsUjuNgoka
MrsAugustinaIbeziakor reported to JDPC Onitsha a case of injustice in the civil service against her.
She reported that she spent 17 years on grade level 14 till she retired from the ministry of education. She retired on 22 September 2018 and is yet to get her entitlements.
JDPC facilitated her contact with the commissioner for basic education, Prof Kate Omenugha by phone. She later came to report that she has met with the commissioner, who is now attending to her matter. Her case is one way that JDPC intervenes with its Judicial, legal and prison apostolate.
