The Covid 19 pandemic with its resulting health, economic and labour market shock are having a huge impact on peoples lives and livelihoods. According to International Labour Organisation ,the most hit are low income families and children. It is on record that with 72 Million  children involved in child labour, Africa ranks among the highest percentage among all  regions.. In Africa region, child labour is concentrated primarily in Agriculture-fishing, forestry, livestock herding and aquaculture.
